Orbitz TLC

Am I the only person who is annoyed with the new Orbits TLC messages? The "service" is being promoted heavily on TV. The last flight I took from ATL to MSP via STL generated no less than seven phone calls and/or voice messages to my cell phone. Yes. Seven. I personally find it incredibly annoying to wade through my voice mail to expecting to hear a client's voice mail only to hear, "Hello.. this is Orbitz...blah blah blah". I am no longer using Orbitz and have switched to Expedia or the airline websites.

You know you could choose to turn TLC off. When booking just choose not to receive alerts. I agree, sometimes those things do get annoying. But on some occasions they have been helpful.

Turning them off is only an option when you are the person that scheduled the trip!!! Some asshat put my number their account, and i get to hear about it at 3am every time they book travel. Not to mention the 5 or six time more later in the day, and then on the return trip.

There's no way to turn it off, and it's extremely disruptive, aggravating, and not to mention costly as I'm getting charged for the daytime minutes.
