I just received an email from T-Mobile containing an unlock code and the instructions for unlocking my phone. The whole process took less than five (5) minutes. Total time to receive the locking code from T-Mobile was 2 days

Joe, I am in Thailand and did the same as you for my Blackberry Curve, but when I put the new sim in, it wont let me dial out. Therefore I can not activate the sim card. Are there any special tricks to getting the phone to work with a new/foreign sim card? Thanks, David
